Refund Policy

Finbong Financial Technologies does not offer refunds for services once they are rendered or subscriptions activated. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.

Cancellation Period

Clients may request service cancellation within 7 days of subscription or payment, provided no advisory services have been rendered. Cancellations after this period or post-service delivery may not be eligible for a refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team for review.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only considered if no investment advisory services have been provided after payment. Clients must submit a valid reason for the refund request within the defined cancellation period. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is subject to management discretion.

  • Refunds are only applicable if no service or advisory has been rendered post-payment.
  • Requests must be made within the specified cancellation period (e.g., 7 days from purchase).
  • All refund claims are subject to verification and approval by Finbong management.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund within the specified cancellation period, the user must contact our customer support team at support@fundingtraders.com and provide the following information

  • Reason for requesting the refund-

Refund Process

Clients must submit a written refund request with relevant details via email to our support team. Once reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Finbong reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on policy compliance.

Refund Amount

The refund amount is subject to deductions based on any services already rendered. If no services have been delivered, a full refund may be considered within the eligible period. Administrative or processing fees may apply and will be deducted accordingly. No refund will be issued for partial service usage or after the cancellation period has expired. All refund calculations are transparent and communicated clearly to the client.
